The Consulting firm of M/s Progressive Consultants was founded in June 1970 with Mr. Sarfraz Ahmad as a sole proprietor, which was registered as a Private Partnership firm in 1971 and Progressive Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. incorporated in June 1988 as a Private Limited Company, under the Companies Ordinance 1984, and has Mr. Sarfraz Ahmad as Managing Director.
